We love to brag about our customer service at Xybix. We offer a dedicated customer service hotline, email assistance, and access to scads of videos and technical resources to keep your workstations in top shape. But like the old Maytag repairmen, our goal is for customer service to be the loneliest department at Xybix. That said, it’s the nature of manufactured products to (very) occasionally break down.
In fact, more than 400 years ago Galileo was studying “the forces that hold objects together and the conditions that cause them to fall apart.” And scientists are still studying how things break in the present day. If we knew why this happens—and how to stop it—none of us would ever look at a cracked phone screen again. But there’s a lot we can do, including setting and following standards for engineering, materials and quality. The other thing we can do is get you on the road to recovery as quickly as possible if something does break.

While we’re at it, let us assure you that we don’t plan for obsolescence (like cell phones) or plan to fail after a certain time (like razors). Our workstations are known to last 15 and even 20 years. On the other hand, we’re innovators, constantly looking to accommodate new technologies, solve the latest problems, and bring your comfort and focus to the next level.
