Xybix has now expanded our presence in Canada and we are pretty darn excited about it! We have grown a name for ourselves in Manitoba and Ontario over the last few years and we felt it was time to introduce our company to the other Providences. With a dedicated sales, service, installation and support team we are ready to provide the same amazing product and services to all our partners in Canada. To learn a bit more about who we are as a company and what we plan to offer Canada the best in dispatch consoles, read on below:

Xybix has specialized in 911 furniture since 1996. We’ve built the company on innovative products and great customer service, and we’re happy to say we have no debt. We are a proud Colorado company and a family business. We do not sell worldwide, and we stick to what we do best: manufacture quality 911 dispatch furniture and radiology reading stations.  

Meet Our Canada-Focused Sales Team

With the expansion of Xybix into further Providences in Canada, I'd like to introduce our dedicated sales team members and specific provinces that they’ll be serving:

• Ellie Bittourna covers British Columbia and Yukon.
• Chelsea Kimbrough covers Alberta.
• Amanda Schwartz covers Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
• Robert Cormier covers Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and PEI. Rob speaks fluent French and has family in eastern Canada, so he is a natural fit for this territory.

Xybix Takes Customer Service Seriously

We have developed a network of certified service companies in your area. These involve local Canadian companies with a crew of service techs, and they’ll also have parts in inventory for most warranty issues. This will help us maintain our 98% on-time customer service response rate. All customer service inquires go through our Xybix customer service team who actually answers the phone and talks to you when you call. If you have an off-hours issue, no problem; we have a 24/7 answering service with call back.

The Price Is Right

Xybix is dedicated to bringing competitive pricing into Canada. For some reason, dispatch consoles in Canada have run about 25% higher than the exact same dispatch consoles in the States. It is our goal to disrupt this costly trend and introduce quality, durable and dependable products backed by the support you deserve.
