StretchingOuch! My hip hurts, my back hurts, my hip and back - OUCH! What is wrong? What have I done to myself now? Have you ever said this to yourself? I know I have on a daily basis and I am sick of it!

It all started with pain in my neck and shoulder area and I attributed it, like most people, to to stress. I carry everything in my shoulders. Fast forward a few months, now, my hips and lower back ache. What can I blame that on? I know exactly where to point the finger... at myself. I'm sure you all start out the year with great intentions of quitting smoking, exercising more regularly, eating better, etc. We all start out January 1st gung-ho and ready to conquer the world, and we plan to exceed all of our goals! It’s great to be determined, but are we setting ourselves up to fail though? Will Work for Treadmill DeskI am new to this industry, and I keep hearing all of the buzz about being able to stand up while working. I have even heard that sitting is the new smoking (very interesting)! I hear people at tradeshows tell me how interested they are in adding a treadmill desks or bikes desks to their current configurations, but they don’t think they will get approved due to the lack of funds (which is understandable), the potential for falls and accidents, or the possibility that the exercise equipment will sit in the corner and collect dust. All of these are valid reasons for one to be hesitant, but let’s just say that after my very brief search on the internet, I am now able to inform you about a few benefits that can occur when you add these amazing tools to your office.
